This monologue is in a Matriarchal world where men have to be fitted with chastity cages when they are trying for a baby. Because of course they can't be trusted to hold their sperm until the right time so their wives and doctors need to ... help them.

I've never been much into humiliation but writing this one taught me that I might have a slight kink for incidental humiliation. When someone is purposefully humiliating another it feels cruel.

Note: I was deliberately trying to be clinical instead of sexy, hoping that would bring out the incidental humiliation. You are naked and vulnerable but the doctor has no interest in you. Let me know what you think of this.
